During the first workshop attorney Chris Bratton and Director of Care Coordination, Anne Markel-Crozier, will cover the many elements that go into choosing a caregiver. The goal of the second workshop is to broaden the healthcare professional’s point of view working with a diverse population in a healthcare setting. 2 CEUs for Social Workers, Case Managers, Certified Assisted Living Administrators and Licensed Nursing Home Administrators.
