Ms. Domineske concentrates in the areas of estate planning, elder law, life care planning, guardianships and estate litigation.
Ms. Domineske received her J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and her undergraduate from the University of Delaware. She is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Bratton Law, Catherine practiced with a firm in Philadelphia, PA as an Estate Litigation Associate where she represented personal representatives and beneficiaries in trust/estate litigation and probate issues throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
