Kelly M. Peterson is an Associate Attorney at Bratton Law Group, focusing her practice on estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid long-term care planning, probate and estate administration, and guardianship matters. With a passion for helping individuals and families navigate complex legal challenges, Kelly brings a thoughtful and compassionate approach to every case.

Prior to joining Bratton Law Group, Kelly served as an associate attorney at a South Jersey firm where she counseled clients on estate planning strategies, prepared comprehensive legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, and advised on asset protection and Medicaid eligibility. She has also represented plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, gaining valuable courtroom and negotiation experience.

Kelly earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School in Camden, where she served as Publication Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review and participated in the Mediation Pro Bono Project. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Writing Arts from Rowan University.
